The Saint Michael School Class of 2017 brought much Christmas cheer to Women’s View, Pegasus House, and Daybreak Shelter. Listening to Christmas music, the students helped decorate the programs into Christmas wonderlands. The students and residents enjoyed hot chocolate, cookies, and each other’s company. Making the day even brighter, the students brought gifts for each resident. It was a day that will be remembered by everyone involved.
“I was happy to decorate with the kids. It made me feel great.”
“They all did a fantastic job. I really enjoyed the time they spent here and the fun gifts they gave out.”
As guests arrived and were welcomed at Daybreak Shelter they were greeted with the surprise of all the decorations. “This place looks awesome. I can’t believe how it looks.”
We hope everyone has the opportunity to help make someone smile this holiday season. It’s a wonderful time to remember those in need and how much they matter.
